My name is Luc de Booij founder and owner of PM-Smart B.V.

Certified by PMI Project Management Institute as PMP Project Management Professional.
Selected for the PM-TOP education led by P.E.D. Germany on Program Management and leadership. Client relationship, resolving conflicts, building and developing teams and managing intercultural projects.

An intensive program focussed on leadership, softskills -development and training.

Member of Cooperative Governance PMI Workgroup.

Educated mentored and trained program and project managers on different  PM methodologies in order to improve quality of managing projects.

More then 30 years work experience and collecting knowledge in the companies, Shell, T-systems, GXS, DOW Chemical, EDS Electronic Data Systems and HP Hewlett-Packard is the base and strength of PM-Smart B.V.

Currently assigned as Transition and Transformation Program Director T-Systems International.

Involved as T&T Program Director in BBC Deal UK, Provincie Gelderland NL.

On the Shell Global account completed as Program Director SGA, the Babylon program contract extension betweenT-Systems and the Shell Global Account. Focal Point between Complex Deal team, SGA Commercial department and the SGA Service Delivery. Preparing service proposals, coordination of contract schedules and setting up program structure leading to Heads of Agreement signing by Shell.

Completed Benchmark SAP/HANA coordinating and acting as focal point for SGA between the Benchmark company ISG, Shell and T-systems.

Completed the Storage Overall Programs T-Systems on the SHELL Global Account managing and leading different programs, Lead of 6 Programs with approx 35 projects and 180/200 resources national and International. Storage NPV 80M$. Projects NPV 21M$

Previous assignment Program Manager T-Systems working on the SHELL account responsible for the NaaS program (Network attached Storage as a Service and SOPUS Disaster Recovery program.

Assigned to international and national assignments for T-Systems, GXS, HP, EDS for the last 20 years.

Led international teams on different assignments in multiple countries and clients in Europe. (Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, England, Italy, France, Germany), Pacific (Japan and Australia)  and Cairo Egypt

The roles differed from Program Director, Program manager, senior Project Manager, regional Project Manager to global Project Lead.

Previous to T-Systems my role was freelance Program manager and consultant for GXS Global company.
Program Manager for managed Services program on WARNER BROS Japan and Australia (lead of 70 team members) and BITRON Italy and Senior Project manager on the REXEL NEDERLAND BV and DOLE SHARED SERVICES GERMANY account.
Leading the programs with Managed Services Implementations to enable customers of different accounts to connect to their trading partners in order to facilitate the exchange of business documents using EDI.
WARNER BROS, BITRON, REXEL and DOLE deployed a common B2B platform for all its subsidiaries.

Employed by Hewlett-Packard I was program manager at the Business Excellence Program for the AHOLD account (2,5 years) responsible for implementation of a highly strategic  application suite, infrastructure and deployment. (NPV 65M$)

For the AEGON account; program manager Service Improvement Program AEGON. Responsible for the Service Improvement Projects for AEGON. 20 projects as dependency for contract renewal with EDS based on financial penalties. (1 year)

Regional senior project manager for EMEA North Region. An internal EDS program initiated for internal improvement and financial savings(5.4 M$) on service desk and 2nd line support. (9 Months)

SKF Gothenburg Sweden; Senior project manager responsible for the NT4 retirement and datacenter consolidation project at head office site SKF Sweden.(14 Months)

Global project lead managing and leading implementations, mergers and acquisitions on different accounts in different countries for the DOW Chemical Company (2,5 years).
Transitioned from Dow Chemical Company to the EDS Company in 2001

Within Dow I had different roles in the IT Technology: project manager, Building manager, Computer Facility manager, Mainframe Storage Analyst, Business Office Coordinator.

My strengths are organizing, structure and a team player for International assignments with high customer focus. Driving for results and complete within budget, time and scope of the project / program. No 9-5 mentality and trained for leading complex programs with  multicultural teams.

The last 18 years I was assigned to international and national assignments for these Fortune 500 companies in the program and project area..
